I've only tried the Bahn Mi roll (pork) $10 & the rice paper rolls $4 each, however, they're both delicious. Bahn Mi is made to order. Rice paper rolls are pre made, individually wrapped & there's a good choice selection. Also get a free sauce with your order. It's always very busy, though quick service.
Everything I’ve had here was exceptional. Reeeally tasty, excellent portions, cooked by people who clearly know what they are doing. The atmosphere- well it is in a shopping centre you won’t get gentle serene meditation music in the background more so screaming children. The service— the people serving are actually very lovely, I think the older lady can come across a bit abrupt but to be fair she is trying to run a good business in Southport that’s not easy. She does her job well.

Have read some negative remarks about people being chased from the tables, the people writing these complaints need to realize that there are so many people buying from other outlets and using these tables when rightly so should be for VN bakery customers only, the shop owner is paying for the space provided for their customers. I have eaten their many times over the years and have watched people sit at a table next to me eating MacDonalds take away and Sushi Etc. from other outlets, now about the food definitely enjoy it and highly recommend combination pork roll, best bread rolls I've tasted and the filling with fresh greens very tasty.

Average* food, tasty, beef cuts on point. Portion size great.
However, they side bar the hoasin and sriracha so you have to ask for them. No basil.
Update: Price increase and more veggies and less noodles and meat cuts (ordered 2 separate occasions and different dishes, bo hue and pho)
BEEF PHO quite nice, good size. Meatball pork roll more bread than everything. Average but ok.
Enjoyed a late lunch of Grilled Pork & Steamed Rice. Expected typical food court quality but was very pleasantly surprised at the quality and quantity serves. It was very delicious and I'll be back to try the soup.
Beef pho is different from the ones I used to eat in other stores.
The beef inside is cooked, not raw.
All veg including mint, basil, bean sprout has been put inside when is been served.
